Kayak Camera: Trip 3

I scouted out some new camera-trap locations along the river today and found myself getting lost in this sunset while out on a kayak.

The Purpose of All This

I was born with a passion for the outdoors and wildlife. Recently, I've gotten into the hobby of "camera-trapping". Camera-trapping is using heat and motion-sensing cameras to detect wildlife. I do this as a hobby, for work, to volunteer, and for research projects. I'm documenting the wildlife of Northern Virginia. Bears. Foxes. Otters. I see it all.

The purpose of this blog is to share my photos, research, and experiences in the natural world that still is Northern Virginia.

Animal sightings, camera-trap images, and outdoor experiences make up the majority of the blog.
